The Flex Fund
Private credit with your choice of income or compounding: 7.00%–13.00% fixed net APY depending on term and payment choice, terms from 6 months to 7 years, and monthly, quarterly or annual payments. Capital protection is a core objective, and selected shorter-term notes are secured by pledged collateral.
15% simple annual interest on secured promissory notes supporting a Jacksonville, Florida luxury residential renovation, with an expected project exit in 12–15 months. A focused return to Ballard Global's real-estate roots.
13.00% fixed gross APY, or 12.00% net APY after the 1% annual management fee, from private credit supporting an established consumer lending platform across the Americas. Monthly income or compounding over an initial five-year term.
